What information we collect

When you fill in our "How can I help?" form, or contact us in another way, we may collect:

  • which of our services you're interested in and how you heard about us
  • the details of any calls you book and any payments you make
  • any documents or information you share with us while we work together

Some of what you tell us about your situation may be sensitive. For example, you might mention your health or domestic abuse. We only use this to understand your situation and help you, and we handle it with extra care.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

  • manage your membership if you join our community
  • take payments and keep financial records
  • keep our records accurate and up to date

Our legal reasons for using your information

  • Contract. When you book a call or work with us, we use your information to provide that service.
  • Legitimate interests. We reply to your enquiry and keep basic records of who we've been in touch with.
  • Legal obligation. We keep financial records because the law requires us to.

Who we share your information with

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) for our forms, contact records, booking and email system
  • Zoom for video calls
  • Skool for our membership community

Some of these providers store information outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised under UK law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK-US Data Bridge, to protect your information.

We may also share your information if the law requires us to.

How long we keep your information

  • If you enquire but don't go on to use our services, we keep your details for up to 2 years from our last contact, then delete them.
  • If you become a client, we keep your records for 6 years after our work together ends, because we may need them for legal or accounting reasons.
  • If you unsubscribe from our emails, we keep just enough information to make sure we don't email you again.
