Know what fair looks like, what numbers you need, and a clear direction for your financial proposal.
You're not alone. I see so many women going through divorce make important decisions about their financial future based on what feels reasonable, what he says is fair, or what they read in a panic-Google at midnight.
And then, years later, when you see how difficult it is to manage that large mortgage, or to live on the income you have, or you see your retirement projections, you might feel that you should have received more.
I'm a former family lawyer and the founder of Money Saving Divorce. I've spent years helping women navigate divorce, both as a lawyer, and through my own personal experience of it.
What I learnt is this: women who understand their finances and walk in with a clear direction don't just save tens of thousands of pounds. They protect their futures. They sleep better. They negotiate better. They rebuild faster.
These workshops will teach you exactly how to do that. We do the actual work, with me guiding you every step of the way.
We start with you. Walk through what you've brought in prep, see what's there, identify what's missing. By the end of the session you'll know where you stand and what to firm up over the rest of the week.
The legal foundation of every divorce settlement, in plain English. The eight factors the courts actually use, and how each one applies to your marriage and the numbers from yesterday.
What your life actually costs, now and in the years ahead. Pressure-testing your budget, looking at housing, and the retirement gap that changes everything.
The structure of a proposal, how each part fits together, and how to think about your three positions (ideal, realistic, walk-away). You'll leave understanding the shape of a proposal, ready to prepare yours in the weeks ahead.
Routes forward, the conversations to have, your 30-day plan, and a chance to ask me the questions you still have.
The moment you join the Hub, you'll get The Workbook, your companion for the whole journey. The first section gives you two pieces of prep to do at your own pace before Monday. You choose how detailed you want to go.
From Monday, the work happens with me, live. Each day's session walks you through the next part of building your proposal, and the workbook has space to do the work in the room, alongside the other women.
Bring what you know. Estimate the rest. Pensions and other tricky numbers can be added as they come in over the weeks ahead.
You can spend the next six months trying to work this out alone, or you can spend five days starting it with me, alongside other women going through the same thing.
