How will the programme be delivered?
The training will be delivered live on zoom once a week. You will have the opportunity to get your questions answered and the recording will be available in the member's area for you to watch whenever you need it. There will be a Facebook Group for all members. This will be a supportive environment which you can use to get help on different things.
Will you draft the divorce application and agreements for us?
The course provides you with the information so that you have the knowledge to go through the divorce and the process yourself. You might decide to use a solicitor at the end of the process to draft the financial consent order for you however.
Who is the programme suitable for?
The programme is for anyone considering or going through a divorce that wants to gain clarity and knowledge about the law and process.
Of course, it will seriously help you reduce your legal fees too!
Are there any extra fees involved?
There are court fees payable if you submit a divorce application (£550) or a financial agreement (£50) to court.
You may decide you want to engage the services of a third party such as a financial adviser or mortgage broker. You would agree and pay any fees directly with the adviser you choose
