Terms of Service

Thank you so much for joining Bhavna Radia on the Divorce Right programme. I can't wait to support & guide you through this journey.

While we are working together it is important that we share an understanding of how we will work

Divorce Right Knowledge Base

The knowledge base is your member's area. You will find recordings which cover the different stages of your divorce.

You will also have access to workbooks, spreadsheets and other templates that you might need.

Weekly Group Calls

Every week there are 3 live legal drop in sessions for 1 hour each. You don't need to attend every session. If you cannot make the session, it will be available for you to watch in your own time in the members area. You can submit a question in advance to be answered on the call. If there is time, I will also answer any other questions that come up.

There will also be sessions with a financial adviser and a mindset/emotions coach.

Messaging App

I will be available to answer questions on our private messaging area. You can drop files and documents for me to look over and comment on.

Legal & Financial Advice

I am unable to give legal or financial advice at any time. Through this programme I will give you guidance and direction during live calls and through the Slack messaging app

What is included?

Divorce Right programme includes:

Full knowledge base
Weekly live support calls
Workbooks/templates
Messaging support
Lifetime access to members area

What is not included:

Being on record as your solicitor
Representing you in court
Writing letters to the other side in my company name (although I can assist you with preparing letters)
Drafting or preparing documents for you (although I can guide you on what and how to prepare documents and review it once you have prepared it)
Court fees (see below)
Third party fees (see below)

Court Fees

There may be court fees payable during the divorce process and if you need to commence court proceedings. These fees are payable directly to the court. The amount changes from time to time and I can guide you on the current court fees at the time.

Third Party Fees

The fee paid for the Divorce Right Programme does not cover any fees to any third party you may instruct such as a mortgage broker, financial adviser, pension actuary or valuer.

Payments of Fee

The fee paid towards the Divorce Right Programme is non refundable under any circumstances.

If you have opted to pay in instalments, you are contractually bound to make payment of all instalments. If you miss payment of an instalment then the full remaining balance will become due.

Confidentiality

It is important there is confidentiality in this process for all members. I will not be sharing your names or details with anyone else within the programme or externally. The only time I would breach this confidentiality is if I believe that a criminal offence has been or will be committed or your safety or that of a child is at risk.

You should maintain confidentiality if one of the other members share any personal details during this programme.

All materials are for your use only. If found to be in breach of this requirement by misuse of the content, legal remedy will be taken.

Connect & Rise -23rd June
